Oh and I looked up their site http://executiveresortmanagers.com/ Little to no information. It was also registered by godaddy.com and is a new site, created on 04/30/12. Brand new site and since the first reporting of them was from Tony on 05/09/12, definitely sounds like this is a new scam that just started up. Now if I suddenly get a large check in the mail for the difference of the fee plus what I owe my timeshare company, then I'll be happy to retract everything I said here. But until that time, this screams out that it is a scam through and through. I looked up the company that is supposedly buying my timeshare. They are a legit company... Can't imagine why a mining company in Australia would want to buy a timeshare though, lol! Looks like these scammers just pull out random companies and use their names without consent to convince us they are real. I might see if I can call this mining company to see if they would ever purchase a timeshare...

Person knows my name and leaves this number, claims to be someone from Glaxo Smith Kline needing consulting help.

got a sms msg with this no. in the body of the text. this seemed that this came with our wife, however our partner said he sent no such text. checked his telephone log & sure enough didnt come with his phone.
