Brian was a very crafty, unscrupulous claims investigator for Standard Insurance or one of its subsidiary corporate entities. Standard is itself so widely predatory that California published a report and ordered changes in policy and supervision as agents routinely were found to have denied claims based on misrepresenting effective dates or terms of coverage, treating claims as if customers lost their status for policy non-compliance, eligibility for coverage of claims, etc. of coverage, and so forth.
