Received a text saying 'Click to see Sandra's photos on facebook with http://fb.me/1F5Zv6DgpVNCLZA text'stop' to stop getting Facebook texts' I immediately text stop but did not click on the link & now worried this may be a scam. If so will me replying alone give them access?

This number first called me at 2:30am then quickly text after just saying “hey” I replied back asking who was this but no further text. I’m just curious who this was

I received calls over the weeks as this group represented themselves as Dish Network. The man I spoke with had an Indian accent and was very aggressive. He told me his name was John and was calling from LA, not Bradenton FL. I finally told him I wasn't interested now (as communicating was difficult) and had his name and number and would call him. He simply hung up!
