person calling me was hard to understand, broken English. after some back and forth he said that Iwas wasting HIS time and then he hung up.

Repeated calls. I have blocked it but the phone rings once and it shows on called id.

Of course you did. you gave me your number at a club. dummy. don't give your number out to guys unless you plan on having them use it.
