got a call on my work cell phone regarding lower interest rates on credit cards. caller on the line was very rude, not friendly and hung up on me. would like to complain if that is how they want to conduct business i would do business with them

The call was made at 12:51pm Chicago Time on Monday July 20.    Sounds like recorded Spanish speaking.

Text claiming I "WON" a $1,000 Best Buy card, just click link and....deleted and blocked number.

Hi this is the alert system with Visa Master Card Account Services with important changes to your account before the next billing cycle if you received your new rates by mail and wish not to be contacted press 3 Congratulations on your excellent payment history you now qualify for a 0 percent interest rate on all your credit card accounts this is a limited time offer and you must respond immediately press 1 now to speak to our qualification department and complete the enrollment process.

called my phone every day for over a week

If you get a call from this telemarketer, please file a complaint with the FCC and FTC: http://www.fcc.gov/complaints and https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx. If they receive enough complaints, they'll investigate. In addition, they send information on how to file a lawsuit. Recently, they shut down five of these scams.

This number keeps calling my phone at least 3 times daily and doesn't say anything
