i received a txt from this number and i live in the 562 so it was weird then i received numerous calls but no answer till finally i got a txt saying suck my d*ck

I did get several calls from (866) 980-2424 about my eligibility to lower my credit card interest rates. The offer would soon expire, so call today by 5:00 P.M. PST.
