called twice in a row and didn't leave a message

Called giving the name David and about a loan I never filed for, gives a number to call back that is completely different number(916-603-3095) from the number he called from. I got the exact same message from a Lisa a few days later with the exact same script from a completely different number as well.

Received text message saying number had changed to another number.    I have no idea who this is or how they got my number.    It came from a computer sent text.

The number has called multiple times.  There's never an answer when you pick up.
