just called me for like 10 seconds then hung up

Same experience as above.Called multiple times. I answered after 5th time and yelled into the phone and used various colorful language. Sent multiple text to landline messages and Attempted to call them back.

Creaper that talks dirty and rude.

Called while I was out. No message left. CID just showed phone # and "Rock Island, IL."

These people call me at least once a week. If I answer they start telling me about their vacation rewards. I then stop them, tell thell I am not interested and to take me off their list. They assure they will and then a couple days later I get another call. How do I get them to stop calling?
