called twice back to back - no message

He is a scammer. Contacted me asking for me to ship a Camera to California (same address as the users above have reported). I let him know I only took PayPal, in full, up front, and he sent me a bogus payment e-mail disguised as 'PayPal Customer Service.'

Identified by carrier as SPAM.

Do not answer these calls. They originate from your web browsing or from clicking on adds while using your email accounts. Such as Yahoo, Google, and many others.

Caller said he thought we were related.

Westlake Financial, Los Angeles CA. bothers to leave msg however starts speaking before msg starts & you dont hear who was attempting to ring.

Not sure who it is. I did not answer & they did not leave a message. Tried to call it back, the line just beeped and would not ring.

This person, keeps harassing me, He or she doesn't want to tell me whe she or he is.
