I asked for his email address in case we couldn't reach him by phone, he wouldn't tell me as he said, "I don't give out my personal email." I said, "Oh, you don't have a business email address?" "No, I don't have a computer at my desk. I'm just sitting here with a phone." Our policy is we don't deal with people who don't have service email accounts.
