I got a call from this morning from this number. The caller said he had dialed the wrong number. I was just curious where it came from.

This call was reported to the FCC by a consumer from La Palma, California on 2019-12-06

Text message sent instead of voice mail but it said something about winning a Bahamas cruise which I know I never entered. Obviously spam.

we get rings occasionally with this no. on person calling ID: 703-457-2281. these people never ever pass on a msg. was this a telemarketer?
