Lo uses Telemarketing dialer to harass/seduce his Victims. Lo uses the same 1st three numbers of his Victim's phone number (same exchange number) to signal that he's calling from a FAKE/SPOOFED NUMBER.

I am getting a text with nine other numbers with mine, a group text about a loan, this is a scam!!!!! I am not well this keeps happening and affects my health.

I was on the phone long distance, and so I called the number back after I finished my phone call, it was One Main Financial, they are a loan place, I do not have a loan from anyone.
