Where was this ring with

I have been getting many harassing phone calls lately and I believe this number to be the source. I received a call on my phone yesterday from this number, the caller hung up and then called back using 67. The voice was that of a young woman.

They left me a meesage to call regarding a refund.

This number, from Allentown, was a female with an accent calling from 'Search for Degrees.' She said a family member, or someone calling from my phone had taken a survey or requested info about furthering their education. I told them not to call back.
