Got a call 2x today. They want me to call 800-941-3849. Weird call!

another person trying to scam me. I am so tired of getting these kind of responses.

Said he was going to come and check the house to see if we qualify for a $3700 grant to improve on economy. It's 10:30 our appt. was 10:00. He's not here yet. When I call back it says the mailbox is full. Is this a scam? Thanks
