Calls almost every day sometime two or three times on same day. Have phone number blocked but calls still continue.

Called but I did not answer and they left no message. Similar (206) 543 - _ _ _ _ numbers have been calling for about a month. Saw from records of another 543 reporter, 'former student' that it's the University of Washington - likely alumni services then asking for $$.
