FCC Complaint: Prerecorded Voice

A complaint was made to the FCC on 2019-10-28 about a call from 4103038995

This company is sending my grandmother a $6,671.00 medical bill from August 2009 for a visit my grandfather made to the local ER. She gets upset when she receives these bills because my grandfather passed away in November 2009. She called me last night to tell me she received another bill and asked me to call the company. The number listed on the bill is 1-800-355-2470. I'm sure this is an identity theft scam. I intend to report this company to the state attorney general and the insurance commissioner once I get copies of this 'bill' they keep sending to my grandmother.
