Redialed missed call with Verizon message “ Your call cannot be completed as dialed. Please check your number and try again”

Calls me does not leave message

we just had a recorded ring looking to accept a $9. 99 charge to a credit card, or press two to charge to the mobile phone. we have no clue for exactly what or why. we put the phone down without pressing anything. WTF?

This number has called me four times in the past five days. I don't answer calls from numbers I'm not familiar with. They never leave a message. I researched the number on Google and found nothing. I usually don't add a number to my REJECT list until I've verified that they are indeed a telemarketer. I couldn't find anything on this number, but since they're so persistent, I'm adding them anyway.
