I called back and recognized the male voice (who answered the phone with just a Hello) as one that tried to scam me on a computer fraud in April 2019. My laptop was hacked and a malware was installed. They wanted $199 to fix the issue. I fixed it myself by reformatting my PC and reinstalled op sys.
