called saying health care provider and asked if I could hear them. as soon as I replied they hung up. scam

Call wanted to know if i was at home, claiming to be from UPS delivery.  Claimed that i won a car and could get a large check.  I told them that it was a scam and he hung up on me.

I am on a do not call list. I keep getting calls from numbers I don't know. This is one of them

Caller asked me when will I suck his ----

They call and it goes to my voicemail
