Millions Call

Claimed to be from a health company ("Festus Health" or "Festive Health"?). Once they answered the phone, they hung up on me within 1 second of their "greeting". Most likely this is a spammer in the process of gathering active telephone numbers, and ding-a-lings like me just confirmed that my cell phone number is an active, viable number. :(

Got a call at 8 pm last night from this number. The male on the other end said it was "Bill from the city court house" and he needed to talk to me about some code violations. I then replied "F*ck off, Bill" and hung up.
