This is a law firm calling to collect a debt

They call me everyday looking for an 'Alysa' with my same last name. I have asked them repeatedly not to call me and each person tells me they are sorry it's their first time calling me and that they will remove my number from their system, which they obviously don't do. They also confirm the number they are calling. The caller ID says 'unknown name' but when I called the number back it says 'BCR' which I've googled and it seems to be a collections agency.
