Apparently being on the national do not call list means nothing to these people. I have to pay for these calls and its time for this type of company to reimburse the people they call.

the caller did not leave message, my work informed me that Chase Bank wantedd my Phone number. Chase has my phone numbers so I think this caller is a scammer.
