I am the POA for my father and today I received a check for $3700 advising he had won $65000 and only had to pay $2700. With my father having dimentia he started writing the check. The check was issued on a Regions Bank check. Be very careful

Received 3 calls with the same message about legal action being taken from 2 different phone numbers. Pressing 1 to talk to an agent as it stated just repeats the message. This is a scam! Legal actions taken against anyone does not occur in this manner with a phone call. You would receive official papers in the mail and NOT email either.
