You get a ring with somebody speaking in chinese. when you dont talk this, these people put the phone down

annoying keeps calling.

we had this invite to their presentation. we have to say this is good details & is the 1st one we have ever gone to that really didnt attempt to offer us at the end.

I'm getting the same calls.  They never ask for anyone by name or state what the debt is about.  Sometimes they leave a message, but not always.  Once I called their number and I reached a recording which then put me on hold.  I'm more worried that this is a telemarketing scam.  I haven't any known debt, so am very skeptical about this so-called debt collection call.  Anyone have some answers about this NCO company?
