ring came in to our business line on 7/21/08 at 10:59 a. m. EST. was not in our house office & these people did not pass on msg on answ. machine. attempting to figure out where in the world region code 141 is.

Call was received on a Friday afternoon, just minutes after I left a message on the voicemail of my member of the 116th Congress. Did not answer, no message left on my voicemail.

Capital One trying to collect a credit card debt... I called the number back and he was able to run my number from caller ID and stated my name.. said this was an attempt to collect a debt.. and was offering 0 interest..
