Got a call from this number and they left no message. When you return a call you get an automated voicemail promt which stipulates that they mailbox is full and can not accept anymore messages.

Someone called and said she wanted to talk to me about a car accident i had in September. I asked where are you calling from? I could not understand as it was muffled. I asked again and she hung up.
