Unknown, unsolicited, unwanted nusiance call!

They called my phone about midnight on 10102009. I was half a sleep, but they said something about RIS or something. I dont really remember.

rang, did not answer. vm msg is three mins of easy listening jazz, ie. on hold music. ,

Called by this number 6.5.2020 at 1358, cancelled the incoming call, researched other than VoIP from Hayden AZ. I called the number as blocked: Thank you for calling Auto Warranty Services to opt out pres..... Automated female voice. This is the second call I have received Auto Warranty Services out of Hayden AZ different #. This has been reported to FTC for Do Not Call violation.

This was SPAM with the office of the incompetent 'Dean Heller', the Senator with hell.
