Health plan scam

The guy left voicemail. Almost sounded like he was drunk and/or a heavy east coast accent (NY or NJ). First time he called, said there was a warrant for my arrest for identity theft. Later he called with a so-called case number and said I should call back. He ended the call with a 'goodbye and good luck.' Good luck? Hehe. Die scammer die.  Seems he uses a different name everytime he calls someone new.
