Calling-ID states Maryland. we do not reply rings we do not recognize. i am sure this was a con.

Keep calling back about my computer. Called three times in one minute.

They'll continually call and hang up or sometimes just stay on the line. They've been spam calling myself and several other numbers.

They want to speak with the person who handles my electric bill. For the 247th time this year, I told them, Stop calling me! If I don't answer, they don't usually leave messages, but...sometimes they do. Is it one company or many? I get three or four a day of these calls. What's even more annoying, this phone number is close enough in numbers to a REAL phone number I want to receive calls from that I often answer instead of ignoring it.
