I am also getting 2-3 phone calls a day from this number, but I am never home and they do not leave a message. When I tried to call it back, I got a voice mail saying that I dialed an office of Becky Shou after office hours.

They go by the name turner and franklin lending. This is not a real company. They are a scam. They take your money then you will never hear from them again.

They phoned twice while I was on a business call.    When I answered their call it sounded like a party going on and everyone was speaking Spanish. They didn't realize the line was open. I do understand some Spanish, so thought it disgusting to hear a female voice asking another female to show her her breasts (not the real word they said). Very disgusting. I did a search of the number and found the following information pertaining to it: belongs to artismyhobby.com, related to Debra Carmona, and also Top Tier Income.    I tried calling the number back and it kept going dead after one ring.    Gee!    What do you think that tells you?

I have always had problems with foreign people calling from another country yelling at me to give them money. So after I got a call from Premier One I completely agree with you. They didn't think I would even settle the balance, but after they provided a fax, I paid it. I got my documents stating I closed this account out, so next time foreign people try to scam me, I can fax it and tell them to screw off!
