Spam trying to buy something from me on Craigslist but wants me to ship it & them pay with pay pal

I received a text message from this number.    This guy offered to buy an item I was selling on Craigslist.    I was selling for $300 and he sent me a cashiers check for $2500.    He wants me to keep the 300 and an extra 100 and wire him the remaining $2100.    This guy is a piece of $h!t and I hope nobody falls for his scam.
