weird number right?? Well iv recived numerous rings with this number & cannot seem to find out who the heck/what the heck kind of number this is!!! Huh. lil odd

I received a call from this # 425-244-6225 and the guy said that if I don't call within a few hours, I will be in deep trouble and no one can help me.  I don't have owe any bad debt or anything.  He keeps on calling my cell phone, and leaving messages.  Does anybody know where this call is coming from?  Thanks very much.
