Calls will not leave any information dead air

Call telling me I was ok for a USA loan cash advance and I didn't even put in for one. They kept telling me I was ok for it and it just goes straight into my bank account I said no thanks I don't need one. But they kept trying to talk to get me to take the loan and I never applied for it.
