This number belongs to Access Capital which is a collection agency based in San Diego, CA- Kelsey is the rep who called me relentlessly on my work line. When I called her back, she was extremely rude!! I called to ask them to remove my work # since our calls are recorded and we are not allowed to receive personal calls (pretty sure that's somewhere in the fair credit reporting act Kelsey!). She then yelled "How about you pay your bill!" and hung up (which is the reason why I called in the first place!!). Keep it classy Kelsey!
