Got a call from this number today for my roommate. She was not available, but the message said that she has allegations against her that she is apparently unaware of and that she did not respond to the ten day notice she was sent. Since she's a semi-invalid who has not conducted business nor had a checking account for nine years, I'm pretty well convinced this is a scam. And, yes, there has been no ten day notice of any sort.

Called my number asked for a person by first name only, so I disconnected the call.    I called the number back and the gentleman stated his name and when I asked who he was, he said that he is with Parker, Fellows & Smith, wanted to know if I was calling because of a missed call, and stated the number that apparently appeared on his caller id, and then asked for a person by first name only again ...... Assuming that this is some sort of scam as when I looked up the company, it use to be under the name of a different company, and have a BBB rating of "F"!! Beware of companies such as these!!

these people ring you reply & there was no reply & subsequently these people put the phone down Thats this nothing more nothing less.
