I can now see it is very likely the call back number to the 2 step Google password system and only showed in my phone logs. Recommend deleting right after you gain access to keep from spooking yourself this way ;-)

Number appears to be local, when I answered, there is a relatively threatening and rude recording about student loans... call back, number doesn’t exist. Don’t bother answering, just block the jerks.

Not a week goes by that I get a call(s) from these scammers. Never a message, they always end the call when the answering machine activates. As I recall they are a duct cleaning company in Sandy Spring, MD.
