Left Pre-Recorded voicemail saying they are with Social Security Administration. Caller ID showed Novato, CA. on 10/18/2019

got three back to back rings with this number today. No msg left. somebody have to have a new no. to play games with.

we have been harassing phones calls and text messages from this phone. Is there anyway anything can be done?

we get rings with this no. atleast two x a evening. these people talk spanish & ask for me, our maiden name was of hispanic descent, we ask 'em in spanish, to talk english, these people presume that we talk only spanish. we have no idea who these ppl are. this was a form of bullying. thank you
