This is a Cumming, GA telephone number. Does anyone know who it is?

I received a call form this number twice today within a 2 hour period. The first time I didn't answer the phone and the call did not leave a message. I answered when they call again but no one said anything. I tried calling back twice but kept getting a busy signal. Anyone else getting this caller?

Call early in the mourning number looked familiar but can't place it, plus didn't leave a message, just wanna name to go with the number is all.
