Received a call from this #, couldn't answer it as they call during working hours and do not talk on cell at work. No message and can't find out who it is.

This number was called freoma stolen phone, I have attempted to find out who it belong to in hopes of tracking the person who stole the phone. I have left several messages with no response, I finally got an answer today, but the person hung up and when I tried to call the number back it was saying that it was disconnected.
