FCC Complaint: Live Voice

I have been recieved numerous phone calls and text messages from a loan company ( advance87 ) who hangs up before I can answer. Today I found I had a short 3 second voicemail. I called the phone number back, and after checking on a computer the guy I spoke with denied having called me. He said his company did NOT call me. When I asked him for the name of his company, he told me not to call him again. So, isn't it a strange coincidence that I have been receiving text messages and phone calls from a loan company, and then he asks if I wanted a loan??? Sounds like I am going to be calling the FCC on this guy.

Well, I answered my phone and he said nothing, so I called back and said that he was busy now, call later, and I told my sister, and she called and they said the same thing, so I just googled and they said the company in New York, and I asked myself who would call me all the way from New York!
