Received a call this morning which I did NOT answer because it was not a familiar number. When I dialed it back, no ID was given only the number and a basic 'Hello' - I hung up as it was an unsolicited call.

Call from Fair Lawn, NJ.

The Do Not Call list doesn't work. We've been on it for a long time and we get calls from all sorts of 'companies'. Most of them don't leave a message. If I don't recognize a number I don't answer. If it's a friend or someone legitimately calling, they'll leave a message for us. I almost answered this call because it's a local number and I thought it was an acquaintance. I'm glad I Googled first!
