Millions Call

This number has been on my boyfriends cell phone bill numerous times. He told me that was his dispatchers number ( truck driver for heartland Express). He also told me that this number can only make calls it cannot receive calls or text. If he needs to call him he dials a toll free number. Hmm...sounds strange to me. I 1000% do not believe it belongs to his dispatcher. I have called it 100 times and its either out of service or it will ring several times before hanging up (no voicemail). This is a landline phone located in Mt.pleasant Iowa. I dont know whos behind this number but i will get to the bottom of it even if it kills me.

receive 8 or 9 calls a day from this number , nothing there when i pick up. can someone tell me who this is ? it's getting very up setting .

Call...American Income. They had some confidential info on me. Yikes!
