Someone called me from a phone number that does not exist! ... Scam!

just got new cell phone and these folks start calling but left no msg

They called and didn't leave a msg

They have been calling me every 30 minutes today. I answered once and was told to hold for an important message. After that, I never answered again.This is starting to P* me off.
