Asian robo call for a bank. Never leaves message.

I have received countless calls from this number asking me to send them by way of a pay plal card

whenever i answer this call somebody starts abusing me and he knows most of the things about me.i guess the person is using an illegal sim and and that is why it is hard for me to get any kind of information about it
