I received a text message for a Harold on my phone. Since it said to claim a $50 Wal-Mart gift card I figured it was bogus. I'm going to report it to my cell phone company.

This person calls several times per day starting at 8AM. Lately he increased his calls to an average of two to three per day for about a week. He never leaves a message but still continues to call.
