hi. i got a call from that number as well, a few weeks ago.  i called it  back and it just kept ringing.  today i called it and it's a man's voice mail.  he just says the last 4 digits.  maybe, it's a company phone extension.  not sure why the person would be calling me.

He keep harassing me I need him to stop calling and texting my phone.

That is not a valid extension please try again.
