No answer, just breathing

Then he was transferred to another banker in the same industry and said he needed his own account number. I told him he should call the office, where he opened an account and Hungup at me. I called the number back and no answer, no voicemail ..

This number called my house claiming to be with dominion power. They stated in Spanish that my power would be temporarily cut-off due to high voltage usage or something like that. But I hung out at that point because it sounded like a scam.
