these people are looking to talk to our 13 yr old girl not knowing he was 13yrs old & looking his to pay his bill for some thing that was not clear. she has a really heavy accent & we do not grasp a single thing she says.

I don't want him to call r text me

they texts and call me all the time even when i tell them that i will call and texts them when i get the time and they dont listen and i want to block them so they can't texts or call me any more...

It was a person with a heavy accent with back ground music playing saying "HSBC wants to inform you that you have entered account exception" they then paused, knowing they had messed up, and the music kept going while they struggled to hang up the phone. This is a scam. I have never banked or had any dealings with HSBC and this person could not speak english, nor did they know how to even properly scam. WTH is account exception? up ur game guys, this is embarrassing
