Accompanying recorded message with Heather, Account Services, phoning in reference to muy 'current cc account. ' There's 'no problem, however this was 'urgent' about our eligibility to lower interest rate to 6. 9%. The recipient was instructed to press 1 to talk to live operator, or press two to be deleted with ring directory. . we rang the no. back, however had a male voice recorded message we couldnt understand.

I'm getting the same calls.  They never ask for anyone by name or state what the debt is about.  Sometimes they leave a message, but not always.  Once I called their number and I reached a recording which then put me on hold.  I'm more worried that this is a telemarketing scam.  I haven't any known debt, so am very skeptical about this so-called debt collection call.  Anyone have some answers about this NCO company?
