Millions Call

Don't know anyone in Utah this number has been calling since yesterday but when I call back the number don't gives a recording in error STOP CALLING....

Shows up on my caller ID as "outbound call", but is actually inbound to me. It was call from Plumbline Services who I had hired to come and replace a broken fluorescent light fixture.
